Nick was an absolute legend during our recent renovation. He provided expert advice right through from planning through to completion. He also accommodated all our requests and assisted on many occasions where we'd thought of an idea much further down the line. Summit Kitchens was contracted by our builder to do the kitchen, bathroom, wardrobes, built-in desk, and other cabinetry during the partial rebuild of our house (half of it was destroyed in the June 2021 storm). We're extremely pleased not only by the result, but also by the clear and helpful communication throughout.Nick was always happy to field concerns and adjust plans with a minimum of fuss, as well as answering any questions we had about the process. Our rebuild/repair was complex, and we were working within some fairly strict limitations, so communication was always going to be critical (as well as some creative problem solving - have provided a picture below of the small cupboard insert beneath my desk, containing our NBN access point!).Truly very cruisy to work with, and with a commitment to hard work and high quality. Highly recommend.

Recently I had nick and the team from summit kitchens come install some overhead cupboards in my study which turned out great, the whole process was very easy as I already had the team come do a new laundry in 2019 which also turned out great. He organised everything including the plumber and tiler. I didn't have to call anyone it was fantastic service, will definitely be calling summit kitchens again if I ever need anything else in the future.

I chose summit kitchens for my kitchen renovations back in 2018 and couldn't be happier. Nick and the team were great to deal with for the whole process from a-z. Nick was fantastic with help for the layout, design and colours. Since then I've got summit kitchens back for some wardrobes and I received the same great service, quality is second to none and prices are very reasonable.

Don’t believe the old reviews from previous owner. The new owner will only let you down. Very keen to take the money but didnt deliver! No responsibility taken. The excuses are just wild and delusional. The workmanship is also very poor…..Cabinets didn't line up. Doors scratched and repainted twice. Bench tops damaged and not aligned with over head cupboards in multiple areas.Failed to show up on site many times when promised. Constant hold ups. We felt ignored. Limited communication with staff with a total lack of coordination.Failed to accept any responsibility for constant mistakes, time delays and measurement error's everywhere.A real disappointment and a tuely awful, stressful experience.

Summit Kitchens re-designed and renovated our kitchen and laundry which was not a small project. We are very happy with the final results, the workmanship and material are high quality and the design looks even better in real-life! Nick and the team were easy to talk to and were flexible with our changes and additions along the way, and had an amazing attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Summit Kitchens 🙂

Our experience was in stark contrast to the promises on the website and the old 5-star reviews.When we engaged Summitkitchens based on its excellent local reputation, we expected to be dealing with a professional team that delivers second to none craftsmanship. But, we learnt the hard way and (too) late in the process, that the ownership had changed, which was never disclosed to us! What followed was a stressful and prolonged renovation nightmare.The new owner provided no project management, no onsite supervision, and there was little or no respect for governing industry laws.Communication and client liaison were poor; subcontractors were inadequately briefed. It was unpredictable, if and when someone would show up to continue the job at our house.The poor check measure and incorrect templates for the bench tops caused an extremely stressful and costly installation. The list of mistakes and damages is too long to detail in this forum. Sadly, the owner of Summitkitchens never accepted any responsibility for his own doing! In a peculiar way, he referred to Summitkitchens in the 3rd person, as if someone else was accountable.The new Summitkitchens gets 2 stars for finishing the job.

The team at Summit kitchens were absolutely great, first initial enquiry was online, got a call a couple of hours later from Nick and told him what I was wanting and from there was a really wast straight forward process. Sent me a quote that I was very happy with and then chose colours and was done in the time frame I needed it. Nick gave me updates and mark was also helpful with sending the drawings. The guys at summit kitchen completed the job very quick and were really efficient. Super happy with my island bench that they created and cannot recommend them enough. Would definitely not go anywhere else for a kitchen remodelling would use them again and recommend them to anyone I know.Super happy with my island bench and cabinetry. Highly recommend and very professional at what they do. Cleaned up after themselves too.

It has been 2 years since our kitchen design/build by Summit Kitchens and we could not be happier with it. Cabinetry, benches, tiling, installation all top quality. Communication and consultation process was excellent. Would highly recommend.

When we decide to do kitchen renovation, we contact Summit kitchen and spoke to Lisa. Lisa is very nice and friendly, she talked me through the process and advised the starting price in the first call so we are on the same page & have all information we need in order to make decision if we are going ahead. Once we decided to go ahead, Ash came to our house to look at the kitchen and took the measurement. He is very calm and patient to answer all the questions and he did not push us at all to sign the contract. He showed the initial drawing for kitchen & gave us the sufficient time to think before making the decision to sign the contract. Before kitchen installation, we went to see Ash and Mark several times before we can finalise everything. Both are very helpful and very patient with us even though we are sometimes a bit fussy with particular things. Once it was time for kitchen installation, the Covid-19 restriction started. However, Ash and his team (special thanks to Richard who always come and check to make sure that things go smoothly as planned) did their best to install our kitchen as per the schedule and finally we have a functional and beautiful kitchen. I've had the pleasure of being able to watch these guys work over the last few months and it's been a real honour. Ash is obsessive about detail and perfection making sure every aspect of every kitchen exceeds the expectations of their clients. We cannot recommend Summit Kitchens highly enough. Ash was extremely committed to our very tricky kitchen renovation and did an exceptional job of incorporating all our requests in his designs. He is very down to earth, with a great eye for detail and design. Installation was a pleasure and our installer Matt showed a great commitment to achieving an impeccable finish. Initial contact is always important to me, and Ash and the team from Summit Kitchens did not disappoint. Everything ran smoothly and on time. The level of professionalism from all the tradesmen were brilliant. They were all polite, respectful of each other. The quality of my new kitchen is magnificent. I would not change anything about it. Very clever use of space has been applied. It was a very pleasant experience seeing the the kitchen unfold. I would recommend this company highly, nothing was a problem, I did change my mind on a couple of things and it was worked out straight away. The 5 star rating was easy to give. If you're searching for a new kitchen, this is the company to go with.

Summit Kitchens were integral in providing me with my dream kitchen!I had very exacting requirements for my kitchen and Ashley and his team delivered in spades. I really enjoyed working with Ashley because he performed so well on many levels:1. Ashley was very encouraging and respectful of my, at times, fussy requirements and he added value by translating those requirements to very practical solutions to come up with the final detailed specifications for the kitchen;2. He had endless patience in adjusting, re-inventing and researching the options available and was more than happy to delve into features that he had not come across before eg. the charging station for all our devices which cluttered the bench in our old kitchen (beware of clients who scour the web and come up with obscure ideas that they want implemented!);3. The complexity of the job was such that we had countless numbers of tradesmen crawling over our kitchen. Ashley was able to work well with the builders who I engaged separately beforehand and he virtually “project managed” all the other tradesmen so that I did not have to worry about every pesky detail that needed to be sorted out;4. Most importantly, Ashley and his team had a keen eye for detail and were meticulous in their construction of the kitchen. For example, due to cost considerations, we decided to keep our original terracotta flooring. When installing the kickboards, no effort was spared by Ashley’s team to ensure they fitted seamlessly with the seriously uneven floor;5. Finally Ashley and his team provided us with a quality product that will serve us well for many years.The transformation has been amazing. Friends have commented that my kitchen is a work of art. I am really pleased that even as a work of art, functionality has NOT been compromised.My original vision of the kitchen design has been more than realised.Many thanks to everyone at Summit Kitchens!Charlotte

A big shout out for Summit Kitchens, Ash, Lisa and their team. They transformed our empty space into a happy place. Right from the get-go Ash was there to guide us through the design with his ideas and implementing ours. Love the soft closing drawers, so easy to be organised and see things at a glance, the over bench top lighting, the roll top appliance cupboard and the sensor lighting in the pantry. All the workers on the job were respectful and did precision work. A big thank you to Richard for being so particular in the final touches. From our first meeting with designer Jess and Managing Partners Ash and Lisa, we instantly knew we would be in good hands. Their level of professionalism and expertise was balanced with warmth and excellent communication skills. Jess was a great listener who helped us develop our ideas for a French country kitchen, then won us over with her clever layout. All throughout the construction process, Ash oversaw each step and ensured we were fully informed with the building process. Different tradespeople were involved in the construction and everyone who walked through our door was polite, respectful and skilled in their area. We are thrilled with our dream kitchen and would highly recommend Summit Kitchens.

I had been searching for a quality kitchen builder for months that would work with me and my wife to produce a kitchen that matched our vision for our home. Summit kitchens delivered just that! Ash was fantastic to deal with, he kept in regular contact with us ensuring our timelines were adheared to. They had a very old style customer service, the type your grandparents talked about as if it were a fond memory of times gone by (a rarity these days with most companies not wanting to even give you the time of day without something in it for them!).I had been to many other kitchen places before speaking with Ash's team and decided he was the right fit for us.The volume kitchen makers make you feel like you're just a number and take no care with your product nor with what you want constantly charging along the way and giving you a out of the box, flat pack kitchen.Summit kitchens were clear with costs and no hidden adjenda. We always get positive comments on our kitchen and all the credit should be given to Summit Kitchens. Awesome experience with true professionals... Most of us only renovate a kitchen once in a lifetime, and while doing so can be a stressful and formidable task, it can be made much easier with professional and friendly experts to guide you along the way. And, I have to say, I can't recommend Summit Kitchens highly enough. The whole team was professional and fantastic from day one all the way through to final completion. Their advice was always welcomed, and their expert opinions made this a dream renovation for us. Thanks to Ash and the whole team. Summit Kitchens were great from the start, my difficult brief... a second kitchen upstairs at my beach house. A hidden kitchen behind a large barn siding door. I was impressed with Ash and his professional insight into making this super long kitchen work for my needs. The black accessories, were part of my brief. I choose the hexagonal tiles and designed the pattern myself taking a bold step using two tones, and I think it has paid off with the excellent workmanship of Summit Kitchens, every thing fitted perfectly. I love it.

The service we received from Summit Kitchens from the initial consultation through to completion of our new kitchen was excellent.Ash designed a kitchen that would work for our family and allow us to finally have a proper meals area and create a study.All the team at Summit including Ash, Karl, Richard and all their sub-contractors were professional, reliable and nothing was ever too much trouble.We have so much storage now that we haven't even filled all the drawers! We absolutely love our kitchen.As we moved walls and installed a new larger kitchen window, Summit needed to be able to coordinate with our builder which was done with ease. The quality of workmanship from Summit is outstanding.We have, and will continue to recommend Ash and the Summit team to anyone that asks about our beautiful new kitchen renovation!

Ashley spent a lot of time with us planning the design and renovation of our kitchen. We had fairly small area to work with and he did wonders. Summit Kitchens were amazing! Ash was so approachable and willingly took onboard all our concerns and considerations. When meeting Ash we instantly felt at ease, that our kitchen renovation was going to be in his good and expertise hands. Actually, he was probably fussier than we were concerning the layout of the kitchen and he was passionate and pedantic about every aspect of our new kitchen.Then over five weeks Karl, Richard and Adrienne worked methodically at demolishing and removing the old kitchen and then installing our new kitchen. They were punctual, reliable and nothing was ever too much trouble. During the renovation, we loved coming home each night to see how the kitchen had progressed during the day.Also, previously we had the worst pantry in the world…a deep corner with no lighting and groceries that just had disappeared into the “pantry nowhere mansland”. However, now, with our new kitchen we know exactly where everything is, in its own special place. This has just made life sooooo much easier from a cooking or shopping point of view!We think it was well worth the money spent and thanks again to the Summit Kitchens staff, for all of your assistance and proficiency at creating our everlasting, stylish and practical kitchen.Mandy and Trevor Buckingham

From the start of the whole process right to the end, Ash kept us up to date of everything that was happening.Carl fitted most of our kitchen and laundry with great care and showed love of his profession. When we started looking around to get a new kitchen, we never thought we would end up with such an amazing kitchen. It is more than we ever could have wished for. We went to all the showrooms and after a while, knew what we wanted to some extent. We called out a couple of the large kitchen places and a couple of designers came out to quote our job. Not sure why they are called “designers”, as they had no wish to care about what our needs were. Some companies wanted us to build a standard kitchen and we wanted something different. One of them even came up with the 3d image of what SHE wanted NOT what we asked for. IT was basically the same design as we currently had. So we went to Summit Cabinets and from the first meeting with Ash, we knew we had to go with them. Ash has an amazing eye for detail and started to ask us questions about what we value in a kitchen. We entertain a lot, so we needed a kitchen that would be extremely functional, huge pantry and more than enough storage space, and at the same time be very modern and look fantastic. There was nothing that we asked for that was too hard. Summit Cabinets spent time ensuring every inch was covered and thought about. When they started to put it all together, we met Richard and Carl, who came out on site and were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and perfectionists. Nothing was rushed and no surprises. It went in like a dream. Ash came to ensure we were happy more than we expected. When the job was finally finished we were extremely pleased with it.Summit Cabinets provide a service second to none. The question is not why should you chose to go with Summit Cabinets?, but rather Why Would you NOT? This would have to be one of the most exciting and smooth projects we have ever gone through and we have spent the last 30 years renovating houses. There “Can-Do” friendly and family oriented business is a little treasure that they should be very proud off. They make a difference to people’s lives and bring joy to what is typically a horrible and messy experience.We were so pleased that we invited them for dinner to show them how well it functioned and they are now our newly found friends. These guys are fabulous. Ash was great with the design of our new kitchen and his team were polite and hard working. Ash was really helpful and understanding of our budget.
